Capturing your participant's information is an essential part of gaining accurate reports.
You can opt for 1, 2, 3 or 4 fields for class/ group coding. Class/group coding includes fields like: year, grade, teacher name, room number, or class name.
You have the flexibility to decide which fields are visible or hidden during the registration stages and listed on the participant's fundraising page title. All fields you enter, regardless of the visibility setting, will be shown on your reports.
We suggest keeping the fundraising page title short and precise. Examples of commonly used fundraising page profile titles: ‘Lauren F, Year 1’, ‘Lauren F, Room 3’
Including class or group coding in the fundraising title, like "Lauren F, Year 1," can significantly enhance the ease of navigation for donors. This distinction is particularly beneficial if there are multiple students with similar names within the same school or club. It helps donors precisely identify the intended recipient and ensures their contributions go to the correct individual.
Please click the “+” symbol if you require another class/group option.
Please Note: As per our cyber safety and security policies, the standard profile naming process is the first name and first initial of the last name (e.g., Lauren F). Participants/parents can opt to assign a nickname for their student if they prefer. This assignment does not impact the organisation's reports.
